By accessing or using ClearanceBot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ClearanceBot provides real-time clearance alerts and eBay sold-comp flip-value estimates via a Discord community and related software. Alerts and flip values are informational only and do not guarantee product availability, store inventory, or resale price.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not share your access with others. Your subscription is personal and per-user.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Paid tiers (Founder, Standard) are billed monthly via Whop and Stripe.
• Free trial: if a free trial is offered, your card will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your Whop account.
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice for new billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercialize ClearanceBot alerts outside of personal reseller use.
• Share alerts publicly or republish them on social media or other communities.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to extract proprietary data.
• Harass other members or store staff.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That clearance items will be in-stock when you arrive at a store.
• That a price scanned at the register will match the alerted price.
• That eBay flip values reflect actual future sale prices.
• That you will profit from any alert.

Resale margins depend on many factors outside our control. Drive at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearanceBot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost time, or vehicle costs. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Discord, Whop, eBay, and retailer data sources. We are not affiliated with these companies and are not responsible for their outages, policies, or data accuracy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and leaving the Discord server.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
