ClearanceBot provides real-time clearance alerts and eBay sold-comp flip-value estimates via a Discord community and related software. Alerts and flip values are informational only and do not guarantee product availability, store inventory, or resale price.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearanceBot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost time, or vehicle costs. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Discord, Whop, eBay, and retailer data sources. We are not affiliated with these companies and are not responsible for their outages, policies, or data accuracy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and leaving the Discord server.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
