Refund Policy

7-Day Free Trial

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your card is automatically charged the founder rate ($19.99/mo, or $39.99/mo once the first 100 founder spots are filled) when the trial ends, and monthly thereafter.

Monthly Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not issue refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in two clicks from your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal — no questions, no retention scripts.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund in the following limited cases, at our sole discretion:

• Service outage: If the ClearanceBot alert pipeline is non-functional for more than 7 consecutive days within a billing cycle.
• Duplicate charge: If you were billed more than once for the same period.
• Unauthorized charge: If your card was charged without your authorization (subject to fraud verification).

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us at [email protected] will result in permanent account termination across all tiers and may be reported to fraud databases. Please email us first — most issues resolve in 24 hours.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with:

• Your Whop order ID
• The reason for the refund request

We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
